Shipping Policy
Monarch CBD will ship your orders via UPS or other carrier as agreed upon by both parties. We insure all shipments with values greater than $100. We will provide a ship date once the order has been processed/fulfilled. An automatic notification with a tracking number will be sent upon product shipment. Average shipping time is 3 to 5 business days, but may vary depending on size of shipment, and/or shipping location. Our nitro cans mitigate odor during the shipping process. Adult signature is required to ensure the package is hand delivered. Displayed return address is Monarch CBD LLC. Orders are shipped with documentation including; Monarch CBD Hemp Processor License; Notice to Law Enforcement and a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Our Notice to Law Enforcement refers any authorities to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding products shipped by us. Our products are 2018 USDA Farm Bill compliant. If an item is seized by law enforcement, we commit to working with any department agents to secure timely release of products. Monarch CBD is not responsible for delays due to temporary seizure.
Delayed / Lost Packages
