What is CBD?

CBD stands for cannabidiol, which is a non-intoxicating compound found naturally in hemp plants. CBD interacts with various receptors in your body, known as the Endocannabinoid System. CBD does not produce a “high”.

Is CBD flower legal?

Yes, all of our flower products have undergone and passed state laboratory testing prior to harvest. We require all of our farmers to supply independent lab reports showing compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Do you have Certificates of Analysis?

Can I use CBD if I'm pregnant or nursing?

If you are pregnant or nursing, we always recommend you consult with your personal healthcare professional and/or doctor prior to using any CBD products.

Will CBD get me high?

No, CBD is not intoxicating and therefore will not produce a “high”. Our CBD products are required to be under the federal legal limit of 0.3% THC.

Do you grow your own hemp?

We choose to contract with partner farms that produce the highest quality craft hemp in the United States. All of our partner farms practice biodynamic farming. Our partner farms have all of the qualities required to produce premium hemp: knowledge experience, the right climatic conditions, perfect soil types, and a love for the plant itself!

Will I pass a drug test?

Despite having extremely low concentrations of THC, Monarch CBD makes no guarantee that any individual will be able to pass a drug test after using our products.

What is the shelf life of CBD flower?

Our CBD flower comes in a hermetically sealed can that has been nitrogen flushed to remove oxygen, which is harmful to the flower. Our process maintains freshness and preserves terpenes while protecting the flower. Once sealed in our can, our CBD flower has a shelf life of 2+ years!

What is Biodynamic Farming?

Each biodynamic farm is an integrated, whole, living organism made up of interdependent elements such as: fields, forests, plants, animals, soils, and compost. Biodynamic farmers work to nurture and harmonize these elements, managing them in a holistic and dynamic way to support the health and vitality of the whole. We like to call it organic plus, as biodynamic farming goes above and beyond organic farming. All of our partner farms practice biodynamic farming and do not use harmful pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or sprays.
