We source premium hemp flower from award winning growers and promote our products accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. We work with any customers that are not completely satisfied with our products. You can return unused and unopened products within 7 days of receipt.
- To return all or part of an order, please first email hello@monarchcbd.com for a return authorization.
- Once you receive your RMA and shipping instructions, ship your product using UPS. We encourage you to use trackable methods and insurance for high value shipments over $100.
- Upon receipt of the unused, unopened products, we will issue a refund or exchange, less any shipping fees.
